We just got news from a great new movie coming out this year. It’s name is “The Invocation – A documentary about God and World Peace”, directed by Emmanuel Itier. As in the film “The Secret” here also hundreds of personalities from all walks of life have been interviewed. The movie is scheduled to be finished by February 2009 and will have its first public appearance  at the Cannes Film Festival this May. Director Emmanuel Itier is an experienced feature film producer and has also been a successful music and film journalist for rock magazines, French TV networks and the internet for the last 15 years. He sits on the board of directors of the Santa Barbara Film Festival and writes poetry. The support crew includes experienced professionals like Claude Budin-Juteau and Byron Werner (Directors of Photography), Yvan Gauthier (Editor), Abderrahim Halaimia, Nathalie Dubois and Evie Sullivann (Associate Producers), Bernard and Françoise Itier (Executive Producers) and Amanda Estremera.

the_invocation-2“The Invocation” is a feature documentary about “God” around the World and through Religion, Spirituality, Science, Politics and Arts. The goal is to show that looking for God leads to finding Mankind. It’s an invitation to elevate our school of thinking and change our code of acting with each other. There are people who choose to believe, others who choose not to believe and others, like the Director, who chose not to choose in order to keep the exploration and the debate going. It’s really ultimately a movie not geared at determining whether there is “a God”, “Being”, “Energy”, or whatever the name given but to help people understand there is a need to go beyond our differences. It’s a message of Peace, Unity and Connectivity. It is an urgent mission in view of the planet in bad health and the many sufferings of the world population. We may not be able to be ONE but we sure can act as One People, One Planet, One Universe.

If you are interested to learn more about “The Invocation”, you can check the official website. I will also ask Gary Quinn, whom I will interview tonight  at 9 PM CET live on jeet.tv and mogulus/jeettvenglish, about this project. He was one of many who have been interviewed. Other interview partner include: Deepak Chopra, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, The Dalai Lama, Dr. Masaru Emoto, and many Rabbis, Sheiks, Priests, Lamas, Historians, Scientists, Philosophers, Entertainers, Peace Activists and Musicians.
