2012 Spiritual Planetary Summit in Mexico

The 2012 Spiritual Planetary Summit (December 18-23) in Yucatan, Mexico, is the celebration of the closure of the Long Mayan Count, and with this, the end of a cycle where the learning was held by the means of fear and its effects: sorrow, disease and death. This movie by José Escamilla was just released today. I just finished watching it and it was very enlightening about what is really on the moon. Here is what the YouTube video details says:

The story for me is in how light contrasts the absence of light in shaping forms within a given frame of time and space. The presence of shadows for instance on a landscape is largely determined by three factors: wind speed, the distance of the clouds from a particular location and the angle of the Sun in relation to that location. The density and volume of water that comprises a cloud also effects how dark or how large a shadow will appear. While the time of day along with suspended particulates such as dust, smoke, and industrial pollution determines how clearly all this can be seen. Occasionally I’ll be amazed when I return to a place I am familiar with only to see it as something entirely new because of a particular light condition that is occurring. This can be especially dramatic with landscapes that reveal the many layers of time. Stone Age Tunnels in Europe?

Stone Age man created a massive network of underground tunnels criss-crossing Europe from Scotland to Turkey, a new book on the ancient superhighways has claimed. German archaeologist Dr Heinrich Kusch said evidence of the tunnels has been found under hundreds of Neolithic settlements all over the continent. In his book – Secrets Of The Underground Door To An Ancient World – he claims the fact that so many have survived after 12,000 years shows that the original tunnel network must have been enormous. ‘In Bavaria in Germany alone we have found 700metres of these underground tunnel networks. In Styria in Austria we have found 350metres,’ he said. ‘Across Europe there were thousands of them – from the north in Scotland down to the Mediterranean. ‘Most are not much larger than big wormholes – just 70cm wide – just wide enough for a person to wriggle along but nothing else. ‘They are interspersed with nooks, at some places it’s larger and there is seating, or storage chambers and rooms. ‘They do not all link up but taken together it is a massive underground network.’ Some experts believe the network was a way of protecting man from predators while others believe that some of the linked tunnels were used like motorways are today, for people to travel safely regardless of wars or violence or even weather above ground. The book notes that chapels were often built by the entrances perhaps because the Church were afraid of the heathen legacy the tunnels might have represented, and wanted to negate their influence. New space radiation-storm warning service planned in Europe

International boffins are meeting in Blighty today with the aim of setting up a European solar radiation-storm warning service. With the Sun expected to belch forth increasing amounts of bad “space weather” in coming years, the scientists warn that billions of pounds’ worth of damage could be done to satellites in orbit. The new warning setup is to be called SPACECAST. “Space weather is a serious natural hazard and better forecasting is a priority for Europe,” says Professor Richard Horne of the British Antarctic Survey (BAS), leading on the project for the UK. “This is especially important as we approach maximum levels of solar activity and increased numbers of magnetic storms. SPACECAST will provide forecasts of disruptive space weather events and issue warnings and alerts for periods of high risk.” According to Horne and his colleagues, the solar sunspot cycle is to peak over the next few years: however, the actual storms which affect electronic equipment in the vicinity of Earth don’t quite match this cycle and the storm peak is expected to lag about two years behind the sunspot maximum. The years 2013 to 2015 are expected to be especially stormy in space – with perhaps as many as 60 events per year that could cause serious problems. The European Union is especially keen to get a rad-storm service up and running as its new Galileo nav-sat constellation is set to come into service (at initial levels of capability) just as the storm cycle peaks. SPACECAST, which has EU funding of €2.5m so far, is to be up and running from 2012.

The risk to satellites has already been proven, with a particularly violent 2003 storm affecting some 47 spacecraft – and totally writing off one which had cost a cool $640m. Modern assessments of the famous Carrington super-storm of 1859 have suggested that another such monster would cause as much as $30bn of satellite damage should it strike today’s civilisation rather than the electronically primitive one of the mid-19th century. NASA, which has itself warned in recent times of the hazard of a devastating “space Katrina”, is involved with SPACECAST. Glaciers growing on Mount Shasta!

All seven glaciers on California’s Mount Shasta are growing. This includes Whitney Glacier, the state’s largest. Yes, growing. Not melting. Not only are Mt. Shasta’s glaciers growing, two have nearly doubled in size. Both the Hotlum and Wintun Glaciers have nearly doubled in size since 1950, says this article on Wikipedia. The Bolam Glacier has increased by half, while the Whitney and Konwakiton Glaciers have grown by a third. Scientists first became aware of these growing California glaciers in 2002, and I began writing about them in 2003. Now, eight years later, most media outlets still refuse to acknowledge that these glaciers are growing. After this year’s record snowfall, it will become harder to continue the deception.

With a record 98 inches of snow during the month of March 2011, and an estimated 6 feet of new powder during the past week, the Mt. Shasta Ski Park is extending its ski season, said an article yesterday on redding.com. On Monday, the ski park had nearly 22 feet of snow at the top and more than 8 feet at its lodge. The City of Mount Shasta, sitting at the foot of the mountain about midway between San Francisco and Portland, Oregon, has broken a 108-year-old snowfall record for March with 97.9 inches, according to the National Weather Service. The old mark of 88 inches was set in 1903. For the season, 289 inches (24 feet) of snow has fallen on the city. With all of this snowfall, I expect to see more glacier growth on California’s fifth tallest mountain.

Not only on Mt. Shasta, glaciers are also growing in Washington and Alaska. Look at Washington State. The Nisqually Glacier on Mt. Rainier is growing. Glaciers on Glacier Peak in northern Washington are growing. And Crater Glacier on Mt. Saint Helens is now larger than it was before the 1980 eruption. Or look at Alaska. Glaciers are growing in Alaska for the first time in 250 years. Two years ago in May, Alaska’s Hubbard Glacier was advancing at the rate of seven feet (two meters) per day – more than half-a-mile per year. In Icy Bay, at least three glaciers advanced a third of a mile (½ km) in one year. And the Juneau Icefield, which covers 1,505 square miles (3,900 sq km) and is the fifth-largest ice field in the Western Hemisphere, is also growing. The next time someone tries to guilt you with talk of melting glaciers, ask if they’re aware that glaciers are growing on Mt. Shasta, and in Washington, and in Alaska. Nuclear catastrophe forces world to rethink future of power sources

In his latest newsletter Mike Adams from NaturalNews.com speaks about what the current events in Japan tell him in regard to energy systems in the future:

With one massive lurch, planet Earth has put an end to the nuclear power “renaissance” that was gaining momentum around the world as a safe, clean energy source. For the last few decades, nuclear power looked quite good compared to the dirty coal industry which fuels most of the world’s power plants. In mere moments, Mother Nature showed the world how vulnerable nuclear power plants really are to the whims of the unexpected. Today, Japan continues to battle the potential meltdown of several nuclear reactors. A “partial meltdown” has already occurred, and nuclear fuel rods have reportedly been exposed to the open air in at least one case, causing a noticeable radiation leak that has potentially impacted thousands of Japanese citizens.

In looking beyond the current crisis, perhaps the bigger question is “How will Japan be able to restore its power infrastructure after this event?” The public, now utterly horrified by the fear and the threat of death posed by existing nuclear power plants, will have no appetite whatsoever for restoring their function. Existing nuclear plants may even be shuttered by politicians looking to win favor from terrified voters. Japan is now facing a post-nuclear era in which it must find a new power source to replace many gigawatts (GW) of power.

Electricity is the lifeblood of Japan’s economy. Without an abundance of affordable electricity, Japan’s entire manufacturing base collapses. So what’s the solution? Japan must now seek a breakthrough clean, safe energy source that doesn’t require burning coal or radioactive fuel rods. That’s what must now occur in the aftermath of this combination earthquake / tsunami / nuclear power plant disaster in Japan: The human race must discard old belief systems about energy sources and begin to seriously explore alternative science and the promise of cleaner, cheaper and far safer energy sources through technologies such as Low Energy Nuclear Reactions — a technology that was once called “cold fusion” and widely ridiculed by all the usual suspects: Conventional physicists, skeptics, government scientists and the like.

Japan needs to get serious about researching free energy technologies that actually aren’t “free” energy devices but rather energy channeling devices that only seem to generate free energy. As any physicists knows, even the empty vacuum of space is teeming with vast quantities of energy woven into the fabric of spacetime itself. In fact, famous physicists such as Stephen Hawking argue that our entire universe (and everything in it, including all the dark matter) suddenly and spontaneously appeared out of exactly nothing. “Bodies such as stars and black holes cannot just appear out of nothing,” Hawking explains in his recent book The Grand Design. “But a whole universe can.” If a whole universe can appear from out of nothing, teasing out a few gigawatts of seemingly “free” power potential from the vacuum of empty space seems like child’s play in comparison. Of course, Japanese scientists are not God, but we’re not asking them to create the entire universe — just to find a clever way to extract some power potential from the fabric of reality and channel it into the power grid.

By the way, here’s the real secret in all this — the truth that virtually no one dares talk about: Such free energy technologies already exist and have existed for decades. They have all been unilaterally suppressed by oil barons, governments and powerful corporations because the profits to be had from other, more costly sources of power were just too tempting to pass up. The list of assassinated free energy inventors is a long one, indeed. Japan is now faced with a situation where they suddenly need a practical, scalable “free” energy technology that doesn’t go nuclear following a tsunami. And perhaps that’s the good news in all this, if there’s any to be found: From desperation and disaster, humanity must mature and evolve into a race of beings with greater humility and a deeper appreciation of the raw power of Mother Nature. The human suffering, loss of life, and property damage in Japan is, after all, wholly the consequence of humanity’s own lack of foresight or respect for the awesome power of Mother Nature. After all, earthquakes and tsunamis have been occurring on our planet for literally billions of years. But it was only recently that modern man decided to build nuclear power plants on the shores of land masses, exposing them to the inevitable tsunami wave assaults that recently struck Japan. You cannot blame this disaster on Mother Nature. Ultimately, for anyone who observes this situation with wisdom, you must point the finger at the short-sightedness of human beings and the egoistic, arrogant belief in “science” that thinks clever technology can somehow overcome the laws of inevitability.

Let us hope this devastating situation can somehow be avoided. More importantly, let us pray that humanity can be humbled by this experience and learn to operate with greater respect for Mother Nature and less misplaced faith in “scientific technology” that has been misrepresented and sold to us as “safe” and “clean” when, in reality, it threatens the very future of life on our planet.

Sun flares approaching the Earth

It appears Tuesday’s massive solar eruption is already impacting communications in southern China and may disrupt satellites in orbit and electrical grids on the ground over the next few days. The X-class flare is the most powerful seen in four years. Class X solar flare–the largest category of solar flash–was ejected from a Jupiter-sized sun spot Tuesday, sending a missile of charged plasma particles hurtling toward earth at speeds of more than 550 miles per second. It’s actually one of three coronal mass ejections (CMEs) headed this way–two smaller ones preceded it–and is expected to reach the Earth’s orbit sometime tonight. The China Meteorological Administration reported that the solar storm has already disrupted shortwave radio signals in southern China, causing “sudden ionospheric disturbances that jammed signals. “Ground to air, ship to shore, shortwave broadcast and amateur radio are vulnerable to disruption during geomagnetic storms,” the U.S. National Weather Service said in a statement regarding the incoming solar activity. “Navigation systems like GPS can also be adversely affected.” But as in all storms, solar or otherwise, dark clouds always have silver lining. The British Geological Survey reports that the increased solar activity should bring spectacular Northern Lights displays further south than usual, dazzling Brits with a rare view of a really active aurora borealis. After the Earthquake: Oneness and support for Christchurch residents

Bhuvah, a resident  of Christchuch sent in this report on the situation in Christchurch:  We are all absolutely fine including our enterprises where we work. It has been an “interesting” time as there was no anticipation of an earthquake in Christchurch and the constant aftershocks, which number in the hundreds now, have kept us on edge all week. Prior to last Saturday, Christchurch city and its environs had only experienced 3 moderate earthquakes in the last 40 years. Although we have been most fortunate, we are saddened by many of our dear customer-friends sad experiences of loss. At the same time we are gladdened that not a single life has been lost – there are numerous miracle stories of people escaping injury thanks to divine intervention and divine protection. At the same time there is a tremendous feeling of oneness in the air – the feeling of oneness that is created from an entire city sharing the same intense experience at the same moment and also the feeling of oneness and support from the rest of the country and internationally. Thousands of students and many other members of the community have been putting in a great effort by helping in a range of ways following the earthquake and support is coming from around the country. Earthquakes in New Zealand occur because we are located on the boundary of two of the world’s major tectonic plates: the Pacific Plate and the Australian Plate. These plates are colliding with huge force, causing one to slowly grind over, under or alongside the other. As intense as they can be, earthquakes have helped create New Zealand’s varied and beautiful landscape through complex processes of mountain building and erosion.
